Mission Statement
PSCH, Inc. is one of the region's largest and most diversified voluntary, not-for-profit health and human services organizations. Our network of services in behavioral health, family, developmental disabilities, rehabilitation, training, youth, substance abuse and residential services assists more than 15,500 individuals and families each year. The organization provides high quality, outcome driven, cost-efficient and life-changing services. Our integrated service delivery network assists individuals to achieve greater independence.

Formed 1980. The IRS granted this nonprofit coporation 501(c) status in October of 1980. Its accounting period ends in June.

CLINIC SERVICES - provides a wide range of diagnostic, educational and vocational habilitative services. Within this division, PSCH established two clinical review teams, one for mental health services and the other for developmental disabilities services to provide additional clinical services to its consumers. These teams, which consist of licensed social workers, registered nurses and licensed psychologists, provide case consultations, clinical liaisons for consumers with difficult medical situations living in PSCH housing, staff training and medication supervision. During 2009-2010, more than 75,000 units of service were provided. In addition, new programs were added to this division in 2009-2010. These new programs will expand the availability of our clinical services to consumers located in Nassau county. There were also two federally funded grants received that provide support to the homeless and incarcerated group of consumers.
