Mission Statement
CARESOURCE'S VISION IS TO TRANSFORM LIVES THROUGH INNOVATIVE HEALTH AND LIFE SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO MAKE A LASTING DIFFERENCE IN OUR MEMBERS' LIVES BY IMPROVING THEIR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING. CARESOURCE IS A MISSION-DRIVEN MEDICAID HEALTH INSURING CORPORATION (COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS A HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION) LICENSED BY THE STATE OF OHIO.
